We want you to feel confident trying Painzorb products. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day no-obligation, no-questions-asked return and refund policy.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must have been purchased directly online from our official store at www.painzorb.co.nz so that we can vouch for the products authenticity and the conditions under which it has been stored and handled.
Purchases made through third-party retailers, pharmacies, or stockists must be returned in accordance with the original retailer’s returns policy.
Once your return or refund request has been approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
