Note - a hot shower, bath or spa or sauna should be avoided as these situations will reactivate the Capsaicin in Percutane, generating more heat.

Neither Percutane or Traumitane should be used on abrasions, cuts, broken, inflamed or sensitive skin or sensitive areas such as eyes, lips, and genital areas.
